Who operates Teliny
Teliny is the trading name used by Omar Sedraoui, Koulukatu 20B 21, 80100 Joensuu, Finland. Contact: contact@teliny.com. Teliny is not currently an incorporated or registered company and does not claim a company registration or VAT number. These terms apply to this website and to Teliny purchases. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Current availability
You can browse destinations and plans, register and use your customer account, contact support, buy paid eSIM plans and purchase compatible top-ups. Free trials are subject to eligibility, campaign limits and available supplier funding. Referrals and rewards remain unavailable. The applicable plan and offer terms are shown before participation. Displaying a plan, price or button does not create an order or subscription. Native app-store releases and virtual-number services are not available merely because they are mentioned on the website.
Orders, prices and payment
Review the selected plan, coverage, allowance, validity and total price before confirming payment. The checkout will identify the payment currency and disclose applicable taxes and fees before you pay. Browsing currency preferences do not themselves change the currency charged. An order is accepted when Teliny sends the order confirmation; a payment authorization alone is not confirmation that an eSIM has been issued. Failed orders and duplicate charges are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Plans are one-off purchases unless a subscription with clear recurring charges is expressly offered and agreed.
Electronic delivery
eSIMs are delivered digitally, not shipped. Once payment succeeds and an order is accepted, delivery is normally automated and immediate through the confirmation email and, where available, your customer account. Delivery includes a QR code, manual installation details or an installation link where supported. Processing, security checks or technical problems can delay delivery. If delivery is missing or an order remains pending, contact contact@teliny.com with the order reference; do not repeatedly pay for the same order. We will check its status and provide the service or arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where owed. There is no physical shipping charge.
An order can remain pending while payment verification, supplier funding or technical processing is completed. Payment alone does not mean that an eSIM has already been issued. Check the order status or contact support before making another payment. A pending status does not remove the remedies described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy or your mandatory rights.
Device compatibility and activation
Before buying, check that your device supports eSIM, is network-unlocked and supports the selected product. Review the plan’s countries, activation trigger, validity, high-speed allowance, reduced speed, hotspot conditions and renewal compatibility. Installation can require internet access and confirmation on your device. Installation is not necessarily activation: the selected plan’s stated trigger determines when validity begins. Keep activation details private. Do not delete an installed profile without checking whether reinstallation is supported.
Coverage, data and renewal
Regional coverage includes only the destinations listed for the selected plan, not every country in a region. Network availability, 4G/5G access and performance vary with the product, device, location, signal and congestion. Fixed-data plans have a finite allowance and validity. Unlimited plans may reduce speed after their disclosed high-speed allowance; unlimited does not mean unlimited full-speed data. An installed profile accepts only compatible additional plans or top-ups. Reuse and renewal are not guaranteed for every package. These conditions do not excuse failure to supply the agreed service.
Account safety and acceptable use
Keep account credentials and eSIM activation details secure. Do not use the website or service for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with networks. Any restriction must be proportionate, comply with applicable law and preserve legitimate complaints and statutory remedies. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trials, credit and referrals
Eligible funded trials are governed by the separate Trial & Referral Terms and the offer details displayed before claiming. Referrals and rewards remain unavailable. No automatic payment is authorized by a trial. Credit, if later introduced, is intended for eligible Teliny purchases, not as a bank account or general money-transfer service. Paid credit and promotional credit will have separately disclosed rules before use; no cash-out entitlement is currently offered.
Support, cancellation and complaints
Email contact@teliny.com or allow optional support chat through the website’s privacy settings. Chat may include automated assistance; it is not a promise of 24/7 human availability. Messages and offline support requests can be submitted at any time, while human staff reply when available. Automated answers can be inaccurate and cannot override these terms, your order or statutory rights. Refunds and cancellation requests follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Include relevant order or case references, without sharing passwords or full card details.
Law, disputes and updates
Finnish law applies insofar as permitted, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country. Contact us first to try to resolve a complaint. Where applicable and eligible, Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board can provide information or dispute assistance. Consumers retain access to competent courts and mandatory dispute routes. Material changes will be communicated where required and cannot retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. These terms do not activate paid services merely by being published.
