What unlimited means
An unlimited plan provides continued data during its stated validity, subject to the disclosed fair-use conditions. It does not mean unlimited full-speed data. After the plan’s high-speed allowance is used, data continues at its stated reduced speed where the product supports that behaviour.
Check your plan’s exact allowance
Read the selected plan’s high-speed allowance and reduced speed before purchase. They vary by destination and product. For example, a plan expressly described as 1GB per day followed by up to 1Mbps is different from one followed by 512Kbps or 384Kbps. Those examples are not a promise that every Teliny plan has the same conditions.
When the allowance resets
The reset follows the selected plan’s rules. It may be a rolling 24-hour cycle rather than midnight in your local time zone. Read the reset rule stated in the selected plan details; contact us before purchase if it is unclear. A 1-day plan and a 7-day plan also have different total validity; a daily reset does not extend the expiry date.
What reduced speed can do
Reduced speed can suit basic messages and light browsing but can limit video, large downloads and calls. Actual performance also depends on signal, congestion, device and network conditions. Up to a stated speed is not a guaranteed minimum speed.
Hotspot and network access
Hotspot/tethering and 4G/5G access must be checked for the selected plan. Do not assume they are identical across countries. Sharing data through a hotspot may consume the same allowance as using it on the phone.
Extending a plan
Some installed eSIMs accept compatible top-ups or additional plans. Others need a new profile. Compatibility must be confirmed before offering renewal; the Unlimited label alone does not establish that an eSIM is reusable.
Fair treatment and support
Any additional restriction must be clearly disclosed and lawful. Fair-use wording does not excuse failing to supply the agreed service or remove statutory remedies. Contact contact@teliny.com if the observed allowance or throttling differs from the plan description.
