What browser storage means and how to manage optional tracking.

How this website uses browser storage

Browser storage can keep a requested preference, remember a privacy choice or support optional chat. Essential website functions do not depend on accepting optional chat. The current privacy control does not enable advertising or marketing tracking. The Hostinger Reach marketing embed is not loaded by the public website’s delivery controls. The support widget stays unloaded until you request it through Need help? or allow it in Cookie settings. The short notice inside chat controls starting the conversation and chat storage.

Privacy-choice storage

teliny-privacy-choice-v1 is first-party local storage used to remember whether you allowed optional support chat and the time of that choice. The remembered widget permission is honored for up to 180 days. Without that permission, the widget opens only when you request it; the notice inside chat still controls starting the conversation and chat storage. It contains no customer account ID. This necessary preference record is kept to respect your selection; you can change it using Cookie settings or clear it in your browser.

Requested preferences and technical storage

teliny-language and teliny-currency are first-party local-storage keys that remember the language and currency you explicitly choose. They remain until changed or cleared in your browser; they do not set the currency charged at a future checkout. WordPress may use wpEmojiSettingsSupports in session storage to cache emoji-support checks, with a validity check of up to seven days; browser session handling can remove it earlier. WordPress administration/login cookies apply if an authorized administrator signs in and are not required for ordinary public plan browsing. Hosting/security services can use technical storage needed to deliver or protect a requested service.

Customer account functions use browser storage needed to maintain the requested sign-in and account state. The website cart and checkout can also store the selected plans and information needed to continue or recover an unfinished checkout. Referral functionality can remember an invitation where applicable. These operational items are separate from the optional support-chat choice and are not an advertising subscription.

Storage lifetimes depend on the item. A cart or preference can remain until changed or cleared; some checkout context is limited to a browser tab, while recovery information can remain until the transaction is resolved or the item is cleared. The validity of an authentication credential is controlled separately from whether a stored copy still exists. Signing out and your browser’s site-data controls can remove relevant local items. Clearing browser data does not cancel an order, reverse a payment or delete Teliny’s server records; check an uncertain order before trying to pay again.

Optional support-chat storage

After you allow chat, tawk.to can use tawk_uuid_* cookies to recognize a returning chat visitor, with a stated duration of up to six months; twk_idm_key and TawkConnectionTime support the chat connection during the session. Chat local storage can include twk_token_* and token for the connection, and temporary navigator.locks entries for coordinating tabs. PreviousNav session storage remembers the previous page until the tab closes. Persistent local storage can remain until cleared, while session items expire with their session; names can include the Teliny property identifier. These are treated as optional on Teliny and are not loaded merely because you browse a plan. Provider details are available at https://help.tawk.to/article/what-are-tawkto-cookies-and-what-do-they-do.

Allowing, declining and withdrawing

Need help? opens the support window directly, without a separate settings popup. A short notice inside chat offers Start support chat or Not now to first-time visitors. Cookie settings in the footer opens the separate privacy controls. Allow support chat remembers permission to load the widget; Keep optional chat off stops it loading automatically. You can still expressly request chat later. If you withdraw after chat has loaded, the page reloads without the widget, preventing automatic chat loading on later visits while your choice remains valid. Clicking Need help? later is a new request to open the support window. Withdrawing does not automatically erase messages already submitted or every cookie previously stored by a third party; use your browser’s site-data controls to remove stored copies and contact us for a personal-data request. Email contact@teliny.com is always an alternative.

Other resources and future features

Some pages may request fonts from Google Fonts. A font request can reveal technical information even without setting a tracking cookie; see the Privacy Policy.

Account, cart and checkout functionality can require the operational storage described above. New optional analytics or marketing features will be disclosed and, where required, made subject to consent before use. Third-party storage can change with service updates, so this policy and its controls are reviewed when the site changes.

Privacy & support settings

Essential website features stay on. Chat opens when you click Chat with Teliny or allow it here. First-time visitors see a short privacy notice inside chat before starting. We do not load advertising or marketing tracking through these settings.

Chat is provided by Tidio. Allowing it connects your browser to their service and enables chat cookies and visitor recognition. Messages and technical information may be processed outside the EEA. Automated answers can be incorrect; humans reply when available.

You can instead email contact@teliny.com without enabling chat.
